A training workshop led by Right to Roam for individuals & grassroots groups who are concerned with real change for nature where they live.

Join Right to Roam and friends on Saturday 12th September for an exciting one-day workshop of training and networking relating to wild service – taking actions to restore and enrich nature. This event aims to empower individuals and small grassroots groups in building the scale and impact of their wild service projects. The event is being delivered in partnership with multiple organisations including Wild Justice, Campaign for Commons, and Lawyers for Nature. Alongside training sessions, plenty of opportunity for networking will be available, as well as relaxation with live music.

We are delighted to be holding the workshop at Platt Fields Market Garden in Fallowfield, Manchester, managed by our friends at Manchester Urban Diggers (MUD). The site is both a community hub and a unique and thriving community market garden which is home to 10+ community groups & businesses. Participants will have the opportunity to explore this beautiful space through a guided garden tour led by the MUD team.

This event is open to individuals and small grassroots groups who are managing, or planning to create, a wild service project in their local area.
