This weekly Exercise Class in Hulme is for older people from the African Caribbean community who want to improve their physical strength, build core stability, boost confidence and help prevent falls. Held on Thursdays at Claremont Resource Centre and brought to you by ACCG – African Caribbean Care Group, the session offers a high-energy, upbeat fitness experience in a supportive community setting.
