Safe Ground Yoga is a trauma informed Yoga Class with an emphasis on finding safety in the body and regulating the nervous system.

These sessions are for self identifying women and marginalised genders – kindly led by qualified yoga instructor, Michelle Brown.

A pay what you can sliding scale, with no one turned away do to lack of funds!
